Common questions
Short, honest answers. If anything is unclear, email billing@resumes.vegas.
- What exactly does one credit cost cover?
- A credit covers one end-to-end tailoring run: reading the job description, rewriting your resume against it with Truth Guard, computing the match score and ATS-keyword alignment, and producing a downloadable PDF. Cover letters and interview-prep bundles each count as one credit as well.
- Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
- No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. You'll only be charged when you explicitly buy more.
- How does the First-50 daily cap interact with paid credits?
- If you're in the First-50 program, your first 5 tailorings each day are free. The moment you go past 5, each additional tailoring draws one credit from a purchased pack (if you have one). It's a fallthrough — never a surprise charge.
- Do credits expire?
- No. As long as your account stays open, credits sit in your balance indefinitely. Deleting your account forfeits any unspent credits (so claim a refund first if that's your plan).
- What's the refund policy?
- Unused purchased packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase, email billing@resumes.vegas. Partially used packs: case-by-case, typically prorated. Already-consumed credits (a tailoring that ran) are non-refundable, but if something went wrong on our end we'll re-run it at no cost.
- Can I share a First-50 account with a friend?
- No — First-50 is a personal lifetime benefit, one-person-one-account. Our Identity Guard will flag resumes uploaded under a different name, and confirmed sharing forfeits the lifetime benefit.
- What happens if my First-50 account goes inactive?
- If you don't sign in for 12 consecutive months we'll email you first. You get a grace period to come back and sign in. If the account stays inactive past the grace period, the lifetime benefit is revoked — but you can still use paid credits like anyone else.
